La Toya Jackson

American singer-songwriter, actress, businesswoman, and television personality. Jackson first gained recognition on the Jackson family's variety television series, The Jacksons. Thereafter, she saw success as a solo recording artist in the 1980s and 1990s. She is also a two-time New York Times best-selling author.

Jackson was revealed to be "Alien" on the FOX reality series The Masked Singer. In May 2021, two years after she appeared as the Alien on the USA version of The Masked Singer, Jackson competed as the Menina (Girl) on Mask Singer: Adivina Quién Canta (the Spanish version of The Masked Singer), making it the second time she appeared on a version of the singing competition.

La Toya Jackson has a three-octave vocal range reaching up to E♭6. Andrew Hamilton of AllMusic describes her voice as a light, wispy "sexy whisper". Like her siblings, Michael and Janet, she is mainly a pop, R&B, and dance music performer but has also dabbled in rock, reggae, and country music.
